Team 1 and Team 6 of Series 6 used dragon mints to pay Smirkenorff for a ride to Level 2. One was purchased from Ah Wok, the other was a gift from Elita.
They were large black & white striped sweets (resembling humbugs, as noted by dungeoneers Matt and Barry). It is not known whether they had any effect on dragons' breath!
